Made to order
Every print is made when you order it, then sent within 1 to 3 working days.
Free delivery
Delivery is free on every order to the UK and the US. Most orders are sent tracked. Small unframed prints going to the US are sent untracked. We email you as soon as your order is on its way, with the tracking number when it has one. Orders to the US may be charged import duties or taxes on arrival, which are paid by the buyer.
Returns
You can cancel this order up to 30 days after it is delivered (UK law gives you 14 days; we give you 30). Email us to say so, then send the prints back unused within 14 days of telling us. We refund the full price, using the way you paid, within 14 days of getting them back. Return postage is yours to pay, unless a print arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, in which case we replace or refund it at no cost to you. You can also cancel before your order is sent.
Email etsyprintslwe@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. If a print arrives damaged, send us a photo and we'll replace it.
