What you are buying
Each print is a physical print of a digital artwork. We create each design with AI image tools, then art-direct and check it by hand. Prints made in the style of an engraving, etching, woodblock or watercolour are prints of a digital artwork in that style, not hand-made or original prints. Prints are made to order by our UK print partner on heavyweight 200gsm+ archival matte paper, with a printed “Chapter & Scene” signature. Framed prints come in slim pine frames (black, white or natural oak) with plexiglass and no mount. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed sheet.
Prints inspired by books, films or other works are our own artwork in tribute to them. They are not official merchandise and are not endorsed by the authors, publishers or rights holders.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and are the total you pay for the print. Delivery to the UK and the US is free. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order; we never see or store your card details.
Your order
When you pay, we send an email confirming your order. That email is our acceptance, and the contract starts then. If we can't make your order (for example, if a print is withdrawn), we'll tell you and refund you in full.
Delivery
Prints are made to order and sent within 1 to 3 working days. We email you once your order is on its way, with tracking where the parcel has it (most orders are tracked; small unframed prints to the US are not). We deliver to the UK and the US only. Orders to the US may be charged import duties or taxes on arrival; these are set by US customs and are paid by the buyer.
Your right to cancel and returns
You can cancel this order up to 30 days after it is delivered (UK law gives you 14 days; we give you 30). Email us to say so, then send the prints back unused within 14 days of telling us. We refund the full price, using the way you paid, within 14 days of getting them back. Return postage is yours to pay, unless a print arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, in which case we replace or refund it at no cost to you. You can also cancel before your order is sent.

Damaged or faulty prints
If a print arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full. You don't need to send it back. This is on top of your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. If you are unhappy with anything, please email us first and we'll do our best to put it right.
